Modern bathrooms at Tegeltiek
A modern bathroom is more than just a sleek space. It is a place that exudes tranquility, where every detail is just right. Characteristic features include clean lines, a calm color palette, and smart use of space. Think of handleless vanity units, large format tiles, and sanitary ware that fits seamlessly into the overall design. At Tegeltiek, we translate this into a bathroom that is truly yours, tailored to your taste, your space, and your budget.
What characterizes a modern bathroom?
A modern bathroom stands out for its tranquility and clarity. No unnecessary details, but rather deliberate choices in materials, color, and layout. Whether you choose a minimalist walk-in shower, a freestanding bathtub as an eye-catcher, or a bathroom with smart recessed lighting, the modern style allows you to design your bathroom exactly as you wish. In our showroom, we work with renowned brands such as MONDIAZ, Looox, Hotbath, and Thebalux, ensuring you always receive the quality you deserve.
Characteristic elements of the modern bathroom style
✔️ Handleless bathroom furniture: Sleek, uncluttered, and timelessly beautiful.
✔️ Large format tiles: Fewer joints, a greater sense of space for both walls and floors.
✔️ Matte finishes: In ceramic, concrete, or wood, your bathroom exudes warmth and depth.
✔️ Dark or neutral accents: In matte black, brushed gold, or stainless steel for a sophisticated result.
✔️ Walk-in shower or freestanding bath: The eye-catchers that complete every modern bathroom.
The brands of Tegeltiek
Long story short. I wasn't the kind of customer for a 20,000 or 25,000 euro purchase for a completely new bathroom. I just wanted to give my little paradise an upgrade. I received good advice and food for thought, but I was free to make my own choices. Nothing was forced upon me. At various companies other than Tegeltiek, I was genuinely ignored. I wasn't interesting. The work carried out by Tegeltiek went perfectly. Even for the amount I spent, top-notch work was delivered. If anything came up regarding the schedule, I was in touch and we worked it out together. The floor is beautiful and expertly laid. Even better than I had imagined. Now I can enjoy the result. Many thanks! Anita Bos
In our case, it involved a kitchen renovation: new tiling, a new tap and sink, and re-hanging the upper cabinets. Looking back, we can say that we made a good choice. Everything was executed neatly and cleanly: true craftsmanship.
Our wishes were listened to and ideas were considered. The interactions with both the contractors and the owner were very pleasant. Responses were quick and communication was clear. That instilled confidence.
We are very satisfied with the result and enjoy the beautiful work that has been delivered every day. Therefore, we highly recommend Tegeltiek.
Last year, while enjoying a cup of coffee with the guys from Tegeltiek, we designed our new bathroom. All our wishes were possible🌞, even though we had a small and very old bathroom. After good consultation, they started at the end of February. We saw the renovation progressing daily. The men who worked at our place, two real stars, really made something beautiful out of it. Exactly as we wanted, and everything was done in consultation. They even arranged our toilet roll niche!
What was also nice was that we had an emergency shower, so we didn't have to shower elsewhere.
We enjoy every day.
Moreover, it was no problem at all to supply certain parts ourselves — in our case, special Hue bathroom spotlights — which they incorporated into the work without any difficulty.
The old bathroom was carefully removed, the ventilation neatly sealed, and the route to the bathroom was completely taped off to ensure the cleanest possible working environment. Every day, the workspace was tidied up and the debris swept away, which truly kept disruption to a minimum. The men were not only skilled but also polite and pleasant to deal with.
The construction of the new bathroom required some extra attention due to our angled corners, but that was resolved fantastically. The tiling is very sleek — we have rarely seen such a neat finish! Every step was consulted with us: how they were going to do it and whether it aligned with our wishes.
The ceiling has been lowered and beautifully plastered, the toilet and shower area are nicely positioned, and the vanity unit and cabinet are also neatly hung.
In short: De Tegeltiek delivers top quality and works neatly. We are more than satisfied and highly recommend them!
